Client Cancellations
A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 48 hr notice via text only. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Lateness
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require an adjustment to your scheduled service in order to fit the remaining time.
Children & Guests
To ensure the best experience, the salon is reserved for clients with scheduled appointments only. Please, children or additional guests - appointments will need to be rescheduled if accompanied by children and same-day cancellation policies will apply.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable and non-negotiable. I reserve the right to decline any service at any time.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and exact cash are accepted.
I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me via text only and I will do my best to accommodate emergency situations. By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the policies above.
